Coordinator for a Fire Life Safety Company.
This is an On-Site Admin position in which the person will take Phone Calls and Emails from Clients
and Create Estimates, Scheduling Service Calls, Inspections, and Repairs.
The company provides fire life safety services to commercial properties.
The pace can pick up very quickly because the company manages Fire Emergencies.
The goal is to keep people safe by providing excellent fire alarm & fire sprinkler services.


They will order parts, manage the technician schedule for a group of properties and clients.
It will require good computer skills, good email and phone etiquette, and ability to stay organized under pressure.
The Coordinator will schedule inspections and walkthroughs with the Fire Marshal and Fire Department.
The position also requires working Some Weekends and After Business Hours (As-Needed).
