Fire life safety company seeks Coordinator for an On-Site Admin position.

We provide fire life safety services to commercial properties.

The Coordinator will take Phone Calls and Emails from Clients and Create Estimates, Scheduling Service Calls, Inspections, and Repairs.


They will order parts, manage the technician schedule for a group of properties and clients.

Good computer skills, Email and phone etiquette, and Ability to stay organized under pressure.

Schedule inspections and walkthroughs with the Fire Marshal and Fire Department.

Work some weekends and after business hours.


Manage Inventory.

Receive and Order Parts.

Bids - Requested, Created, Sent, Awarded.

Project Designed, Approved, Scheduled, Completion, Final Inspection.

Billing through every phase of the Project.

Read Blueprints.

Data Analysis.

Microsoft Office.

Detail Oriented.

Obtains Valid Driver’s License.

Able to Pass a Background Check.
