Schedule:

The job is Full Time and Primarily On-Site

Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

It will require Occasional Nights and Weekends as needed.

Some remote projects as well.


Daily Responsibilities:

IT Systems Health Check

In Person and Remote Support (Slack, Phone, Email)

Onboarding and Offboarding Assistance

End of the week Feedback on Support Challenges, IT needs, Employee requests

Potential for After Hours Support

Should have a Working Knowledge of the following:

Apple Mac OSX and Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, and iOS mobile

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Help Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Windows or Mac: 1 year (Preferred)

Office365 (Microsoft Workspace) Admin Tools

Google Workspace Admin Tools

Apple Business Management Tools


Requirements:

Occasional Travel to other company locations: LA, San Diego, Orange County, San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and More.

IT Support Experience for 20 plus Users

Learn and improve IT Knowledge and Skills

Learn our In-House Software and Client-Facing Software

Learn how to Troubleshoot both Employee and Client Issues on In-House and Client-Facing Platforms

Learn Company Created Software

Work as a Team

Follow a Process

Train New Employees on our Software and provide Feedback from Users to the IT Development Team

Occasional Travel between Offices

Valid Driver's License and a Vehicle

Must have a working knowledge of Apple Mac OSX and Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, and iOS mobile. Must have good communications skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. Must be willing to learn and to improve IT knowledge and skills. Will be required to follow directions and work as a team. Will be required to learn our in-house software, client-facing software and how to troubleshoot both employee and client issues on these platforms. Will be required to train new employees on our software and provide feedback from users to the IT development team. Job requires occasional travel between offices, a valid drivers license and a vehicle are required. Experience:
