Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and proficient ad hoc analyst/spreadsheets expert to join our team. While expertise in spreadsheet software and financial analysis is essential for this role, experience in inventory management will be considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, reports, and analysis tools.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for adhoc projects and initiatives.
- Assist in inventory management activities, including analyzing stock levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing inventory turnover.
- Support developing and maintaining inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management processes.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support special projects and initiatives as management assigns, leveraging financial and inventory expertise.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in inventory management is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Rate of Pay: $40.00 an hour
