Seeking a Fire Alarm Reg4 Certified Technician to join our team in the Burbank Area.

Hourly Rate: $25-$38 DOE plus Benefits

This individual will have the ability to perform fire protection systems testing with Fire Alarms and Fire Sprinklers.
We need someone who knows what it means to have a fully functional, safe fire control system that passes local, state, and federal codes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
To Include but not limited to: Annual and Quarterly Fire Sprinkler Inspections, 5-Year Fire Sprinkler Certifications, Weekly Fire Pump Runs, Annual Fire Alarm Inspections, Annual Fire Pump Flow Test, Annual Elevator Recall Test, Annual Fire Doors/Escape
Must be able to note deficiencies and perform maintenance and repairs on all above systems
Testing both commercial and residential
Maintain good customer relationships
Highly organized, motivated team player
Ensures that each work detail is consistently completed with clean and quality workmanship
Manual labor including lifting, climbing and clean up
Flexible team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Reg 4 Certificate Required
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Ability to install and trouble shoot fire sprinkler systems
Ability to complete accurate and timely maintenance and work records
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
The employee will occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
Ability to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check
High School diploma or equivalent
